Presentation

Learn Low Pressure Fitness Level 3 hypopressives in this 12 hour. The course is instructed by LPF Certified Coach Alexa Marine, Personal Trainer. This course is focused on both the theoretical and practical application of LPF hypopressives with immediate feedback and correction of the Level 3 technical principles and poses. Theory Lectures are pre-recorded (sent prior to course) by Founder Dr. Tamara Rial and discuss the LPF session planning: nervous system, neurodynamics, myofascial slings and muscular chains and preparation for LPF-CERT exam Practical Contents: * Preparatory breathing exercises, and myofascial release principles * Level 3 dynamic poses and sequence of module 3 LPF exercises *Spinal and arms rotations *Transitions and progressions of module 3 sequence * Methodological adaptions of module 3 LPF teaching * Methodology and procedures of Level 3 individual and group sessions *Level 3 masterclass
