What can we expect from this course?
Course is instructed by Becky Keller, @elevatecorehealth PT, PRPC, LPF-certified Coach and Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. She uses LPF hypopressives for both fitness instructing group classes as well as in the clinical setting helping her patients regain core strength after surgery and improve Pelvic health disorders like prolapse, incontinence and pelvic pain.
