The LPF teaching program for health and fitness professionals comprises 3 modules of 15 hours each.  Upon completion of these 3 courses, you will be able to properly teach, assess, and guide your clients through each level of low pressure fitness training and market yourself as a Certified Low Pressure Fitness Instructor.

• Hypopressive anatomy and abdominopelvic and respiratory physiopathology • Functional evaluation: assessment of abdominopelvic statics

• Prevention and health through hypopressive exercises

Practical Contents

• Learning sessions and exercises

• Diaphragmatic myofascial release exercises

• Technical foundations of hypopressive exercises

• Sequence of Level 1 hypopressive exercises

• Transitions and progressions of the level 1 sequence

• Methodological adaptations to the teaching of level 1 hypopressive exercises  • Methodology and procedure for level 1 individual and small group sessions

Level2

Theoretical Contents

• Organization of the hypopressive exercise session: load, structure and breathing rate • Initial assessment: questionnaires and anamnesis

• Functional evaluation: breathing tests and other tests related to hypopressive exercises

Practical Contents

• Preparatory breathing exercises

• Exercises, transitions and progressions of level 2 hypopressive exercises • Sequence of level 2 hypopressive exercises

• Methodological adaptations to the teaching of level 2 hypopressive exercises  • Methodology and procedure for level 2 individual and small group sessions.

Level3

• Hypopressive exercises and myofascial release

• Hypopressive exercises and neurodynamic techniques

• Hypopressive exercises and respiratory physiology

• Biomechanics of the pelvic floor and perineum: women, physical activity and health • Communication and hypopressive exercise teaching

• Preparatory exercises for myofascial release

• Exercises, transitions and progressions of level 3 hypopressive exercises

• Sequence of level 3 hypopressive exercises
