Private In-Person Sessions

Private 55 min session and program specifically tailored to your fitness level!

Whether you are just beginning and want to learn the technical basics or you are more advanced and want to progress your technique, private sessions will be the fastest way to achieve your goals. Sessions will consist of initial assessment, warmup, hands-on cueing, LPF sequence, cool-down and stretching. You will also receive Pose/Position handouts for reference at home.
