Hypopressive exercise is gaining interest in the world of Physical Therapy and movement. This workshop will explore the use of hypopressives concepts as a fascial, breathing and postural approach to improving deep core muscle tone, including the pelvic floor and trunk stabilization muscles. The webinar will incorporate real-time ultrasound images and videos for understanding the hypopressives breathing and postural integration, as well as offer a practical component of a demo and guided practice.

Becky Keller has been a NJ licensed Physical therapist for 24 years and has dedicated her career to the speciality of pelvic health Physical Therapy since 2009. She started learning hypopressives in 2016 and became certified in Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives by 2018. Becky is an instructor for Low Pressure Fitness and Director of LPF USA, and internationally teaches the LPF certification courses in English. Becky is the regional Vice President at Activcore Physical Therapy and Performance, a private practice in Princeton, NJ.
